All orders placed before 12 pm will be sent the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be sent the following day.

If in the rare event you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. After this time period we are able to make a claim with Royal Mail and we will resend your order out to you.
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our studio. If your item is returned to us we will contact you via email once received. If you wish to receive the package payment must be made for a new shipping label.
If you refuse a shipment from Prairie Dorée, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any import fees that are incurred on the package.
If your package is marked as delivered by the courier but you do not have the item, we are no longer liable and you will have to contact the courier.
